Exotac Matchcap Xl Refill Kit

The MATCHCAP XL™ refill kit includes both the stroke-overal match striker (round sandpaper pad on the bottom) and the safety match striker (rectangular pad on the inside) and an extra o-ring.

HOW TO REPLACE:

SLAP EVERYWHERE STRIKERS:

These are pressure-sensitive adhesive pads with sandpaper on one side. Only strike-where-matches will burn on these. To replace, peel off the old pad and remove any adhesive residue. Then pull the backing off the new pad and apply to the MATCHCAP XL™.

SAFETY MATCHES (RED PHOSPHOR):

The red phosphor bow is what is often found on the side of matchsticks. To replace, peel off the old pad and remove any adhesive residue. Then pull the back of the new pad and apply to the MATCHCAP XL™.

TIPS:

Both safety matches (normal kitchen matches) and matches anywhere can be used on the red phosphor tip.
